Created for: The Sims 3

Fully furnished and decorated modern villa with some Bauhaus-signs from outside and modern mediterranean feeling inside - with a lot of beautiful interior-items, so you will find not only -furniture-, but much more.

Nice warm colours, tile- and carpet-design, glass dividers, stone/flower scluptures, coloumn-planters, glass shelves, built-in kitchen units (refrigerator in the panelled wall, cooking island with stove), built grill in the garden - without custom content - just a few example. See pictures, please.

1st floor: open livingrooms, 1,5 bathrooms. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms up to 6 sim (with own bathrooms), large terraces. Basement with office, gym, laundry and bathroom. Garage with green top, beautiful garden with pool and built grill.

No custom content, and tested in game. Please, place on a horizontally 40 wide lot to get the best effect for the mailbox (at the entrance) and the trashcan (in the garage) to go to their place right. If they go to an other place, please replace them.
