Created for: The Sims 3

Modern Cube - fully furnished modern luxury house.

Althought you don't see too much difference from outside, you'll find beautiful interior inside. All items are recoloured by me with nice patterns and warm colours.
No custom objects, just one custom pattern by DracoR.

4 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms. Bedroom themes: Chinese, Egyptian, France.
Basement with gym and hobbyroom. Garage, nice gardens, pool etc.
