Created for: The Sims 3

Comfortable, fully furnished and decorated pretty modern starter (16.489) with high level objects: stove: 9 (max!); fridge: 7; bed: 6; shower: 9; TV: 4; dishwasher, and decorative flowers, so your sims can get their needs easier as in a usual starter. Open living/kitchen area, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Base game items, and only few store stuff (3 pay, 2 free from Renault-pack).
I wanted to create an easy-to-play starter lot, because a little bit hard to get sims' needs in a usual starter with the cheapest objects.

*Noticed after upload, that the bookcase isn't work with that planter above it, so please remove it. (I leave that wallplanter over there and take a desk under it, they are close, but the laptop is working there. My bookcase is on the other side of the door, and I moved that planter to the bedrooms window. But of course, the choice is yours.) Sorry for this problem.
