Escape from the winter! Outdoor beach paradise with underground wooden jewelry box cabin.

Residential, but would be great as a holiday or community lot too.

Place it on the beach/sand. If you want to use it on grass, please use the Tiki Tropical Paradise-lot - also available on my site - there you can see some more pictures too.

Outdoor: dining area with grill, bar, bathroom, pool, dancefloor,hot tub and lake.
Underground cabin: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open living/kitchen area.

Originally made for creating Tiki-showroom pictures on The Simalogue site, but I loved the feeling it gave me, so I decided to creating a lot with it, and completed it with an little apartment.

Warning: Although the file-size isn't too large (2 MB), because of the rich landscaping would be happen, that loading will take a little time in build mode, but when it's already loaded, there's no other problem with running. In game mode you also have to wait a little when you want to go into the build mode.
