I promised you the lot. Well here it is. It is the 20x20 Cottage Am See, but totally revised to fit my Boho Chic Rooms.
I kept the original inhabitants, Maaike Haas and Ulrike Faust. The lot is old and didn't leave much room for a total change and make-over. But here we are now. with a lovely, personalized house. Enjoy!

I have all extension and stuff packs on my computer and use from them. For this lot I used quite a lot. Get To Work, Get Together, Cats and Dogs, Island Living, Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Jungle Adventure, Strangerville and Holiday.
You may fill up the lot with all the Boho Chic Rooms I did or just furnish and decorate as you please.

Before placing, make sure you use the bb.moveobjects cheat.

I've been remaking my Sims game using predominantly Peacemaker's lots...especially in Windenburg. But this lot? This lot is beyond perfect. Not only does it fit in seamlessly with the architecture around it, the rooms inside are gorgeous and rich with environmental story-telling. For someone who feels almost compelled to keep everything bunched together (ie- only one creator's architecture, only one bathroom pack--no mixing!) you're making it very easy to break that compulsion with this lot. I don't have a single bad word or piece of criticism for your work. You're amazingly talented and so generous to share it with us. Thank you!!
