I know... There is a lot of it! I mean Stuff! A lot of it to download. I do apologize, but basically it's four rooms in one.
I own all of the Stuff, Game and Expansion Packs that are currently available on Origin (04 February 2022)
To create the room and to catch the right atmosphere as you see it in the screenshots I used a variety of all the packs I have installed. So, if you want the rooms to show up as in the preview, you will need:

Cottage Living
Snowy Escape
City Living
Discover University
Island Living
City Living
Get To Work
Vampires
Dine Out
Star Wars: Journey to Batuu.

Items from both the Industrial Loft and Blooming Rooms kits were used.
Not a very suitable room as a stand-alone. It goes with the Steampunk Lot The Franklin. If you place the room in the Franklin, do check for double windows, doors and all things that are attached to the walls (inside and out) after placing the room.

I used the cheats bb.moveobjects, bb.showhiddenobjects and used items from the debug menu. Please use at least the bb.moveobjects before placing the lot. After downloading and installing, the rooms can be found in My Library, under the Advanced tab. Make sure to check include custom content.
