I don't know about you, but I don't think there are many things better than standing on a balcony and watching the sun rise early in the morning or feeling the gentle breeze and stargazing in the evening. With the Blue Serenity house, your Sim has four large balconies to choose from. This floorplan is unique in that you must climb the stairs to enter the front of the house, making the second floor the main living rooms. The eat-in kitchen and the den are both on the second floor along with two bathrooms. The first floor has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and room for an office or playroom for the kids. Doors from the back of the house on the first floor lead to the patio and the uniquely shaped swimming pool beyond. Don't let your Sim miss the chance to own a one-of-a-kind house!
