The Victoria Rose floor plan is a showplace for the single Sim who has it all. Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are upstairs, opening onto the balcony that overlooks the pond and the swimming pool. The first floor has a formal living and dining room, an informal living and dining room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a game room, a study and more! The gorgeous fountain in the professionally landscaped yard is sure to impress. **Since the majority of the wall and floor files that I use in my houses are custom made by others I can not include them here. You may need to do some redecorating.**
