This Mediterranean floorplan is a mixture of Italian, Spanish and Turkish influences. These styles are marked usually by block-like structures with red tile, low pitched roofs and decorative arches, columns and railings around a central courtyard. There are five large bedrooms and six bathrooms upstairs along with an informal den or game room. The balcony looks down on the fountain and pool in the central courtyard. The first floor has a large eat-in kitchen, formal living and dining rooms, a small sitting room for greeting guests, a den, an office and more. The inner courtyard and the yard have been professionally landscaped to make the most of the land.
