This fine manor sits on sprawling lands complete with a barnyard, gardens, a stocked river, and a gazebo. The interior's lavishly furnished, with just enough room for a budding family of two to nest in. Has a kitchen, dining hall, bed and bathroom on the first floor, 2 storey living area, and an attic study on the 3rd floor. Mostly inspired by both the Garin Estate and a wee bit of the von Everec estate from The Witcher 3: Hearts of Stone.

Made with Patch 1.67, and WA, AMB, LN, GEN, SHT, SN, SSNS, UNI, and ITF installed, plus FL, TL, and MVSP. You'll definitely need WA, LN, SHT, SN, SSNS, and UNI, plus MVSP. All Store worlds Gold installed (except RH), and you'll need Hidden Springs (windows), Dragon Valley (mailbox, garbage can, bathtub, roof decor, plants, etc), Barnacle Bay (fences, stairs), Midnight Hollow (door). Venue/Store PC used includes the Woodfire Oven (MV) and Fridge (AS). Store sets used include lots of CC especially from Old Mill, Tudor, Castle, Gothique, and Once Upon a Time; plus Indulgent Living (bed), Vittles Vineyard (stove), Bayside (cabinet), Hewnsman (curtains), Frontier Finds (curtains), Old Town (windows), and Polynesian (front door).

When you mention the list of CC "included", does this mean I must still download it to show up in this lot or it will download with the house. Thank you.
