When I just finish a lot and I try to make nice pics of it, the best pic is always the lot default thumbnail. So weird!

The piano is in decor>mislanious. Find the knome and you find the piano. Or you may need to try the following before you install it.delete compositorCache.package file under C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. Hope it works! Hugs, Lisa
