Springwood is a small family home with a large back garden. Containing 3/4 bedrooms, which could be converted into an office, playroom, games room or an extra living room. Also containing, kitchen and dinning room, living room, downstairs toilet, double garage and laundry room. The back garden is a large size with a decking and enough space for children. The front garden contains a porch and 2 parking bays. The rooms can be changed to suit your sims family.

I furnished the house using only content that came with Sims, Generation, Island Paradise, Pets, Seasons, Town Life and University. Every room was decorated to suit a family, making bedrooms unique. A nursery suitable for either a boy or girl. The master bedroom is a modern styled room with a en-suite. One bedroom is a pirate themed room. I converted a bedroom into a games room suitable for children/teens. Downstairs I made one of the spare rooms into an office. I made sure the back and front garden suitable for a family home, with plenty of outdoor furniture and toys.

Any of these rooms can be changed to suit your sims family.
