For fans of the Tempting Tuscan, the Formal Tuscan and the Modern Tuscan comes the fourth in the series, the Tuscan Pool House. The Pool House has a unique design as the pool wraps around the house on three sides and is partially covered by the second floor. The house comes basically furnished, lacking only lights, plants, rugs and wall hangings. The second floor consists of five large bedrooms, three bathrooms, a charming balcony and room for an office as well as a game room. There is a large kitchen with stone flooring, a formal dining room which seats eight, a bathroom as well as two living rooms and space for an office on the first floor.
