Tired of trying to fit your Brady Bunch sized family into a three or four bedroom home? Or does your Sim simply have way too much junk and not enough space? Then the Chesterfield floor plan is the answer. Eight large bedrooms (three on the first floor, five on the second floor) and five full baths means there's room for everyone. The balcony and the pool are additions the whole family can enjoy. **Since the majority of the wall and floor files that I use in my houses are custom made by others I can not include them here. You may need to do some redecorating.**
