Actors and Actresses are notorious for wanting to stand out and be different...heck, that's why they become actors in the first place! So it should come as no surprise to learn they want their houses to be as unique as they are. The Jadira floorplan is the third of three ultra-modern homes that combines size with style and it fairly screams "I have arrived!" A must-have for any Superstar at the top of his or her game. The second floor consists of four massive bedrooms, two bathrooms, an informal T.V. room or study and an incredible deck. The stairs from the deck lead to the swimming pool. The first floor is a mix of modern and traditional coloring with all formal areas in rooms large enough to house a family on their own as well as three additional bathrooms. The entry way surrounds a covered reflecting pool. The yard has been professionally landscaped to highlight the pond.
