It is unfurnished, but has a maze and a small waterfall.

I placed it on the 64x64 lot in Windenburg on the upper part of the map.

I don't think this lot works anymore $\:\($ I downloaded a bunch of your lots but only the monastery appears in my game. This lot looks so beautiful, I'm heartbroken $\:\($
