I also had the bugged "impeccable plaster" problem. Deleted the stairs from my mod folder and it went away. Took me a good chunk of time to narrow down what CC was causing it!

Awesome stairs and railings! I love it!
Just want to chime in with the comment from @gulljaatten, I also got bugged wallpapers "impeccable plaster" and "simple siding" (thumbnail showing up as a red X) with some stairs installed - specifically from "triangle" and "raw edge" in this set and "traditional" and "wooden" from the Paradis set.

I really love this set, but not sure if it's just for me, but triangle and modern stairs generate bugged wallpapers "simple siding" in-game. Happens also for modern and traditional stairs from the Paradis set.
