Created for: The Sims 3

This is a remake of the 2012 Green Home from HGTV, probably the toughest house I've ever built :-) The house is very spacious and has 3 levels. On the ground level there are 2 future bedrooms and a bathroom, a bike storage and a spacious room which can be used for entertainment. On the 2nd level there is a kitchen, dining and living room, two entertainment rooms and a master suite. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room and a craft room. In the original house there was a garage at the end of the lot, but I made a carpool underneath the main terrace.
