A lovely and cozy house for two. It was built on one of the Islands
you get with Island Paradise but can be placed wherever you want.
This unique house with its modern design has a combined kitchen
and living room on the first floor with a small balcony where
your Sims can have their meals if they like. There is also a bathroom
including washing machine and dryer. On the second floor is a cozy
bedroom with huge windows and a working place. A bigger bathroom
with shower and bathtub is also there. The pool in the backyard
is a nice place to refresh oneself when it is hot outside.
