A modern apartment with 5 apartments (4 NPC). Playable is the master suite on the 3th floor. It has a open living concept, so you simmies can enjoy in the big living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and a office. It also has a beautiful master bed room, a lovely nursery and a great bathroom. But the biggest highlight ist the big roof terrace (I hope this word is used in english :-) ). It has a big pool to make great pool partys with friends, the ability to grill, or make cocktails on the bar. Or your simmies just relax in the chill out area after a hard day at work.
