Created for: The Sims 3

Fantasy Butterfly Park with butterfly dome from Late Night EP. I designed this to go with my Fantasy Fairy Park. Lot is 64 X 64 flat lot. Set as Big Park.

This Park has a three tier pavilion and a basement tunnel leading to the butterfly dome

The first tier of the pavilion is a lounge with stereo. The second tier has a pool table and wall mounted speakers. The third tier roof has tea sets and a stereo. The basement has bathrooms, refrigerator, espresso machine, bar counters and a dart board.

Inside the dome is a waterfall, lake, trees, benches, rare butterfly and fish spawners. Outside the dome in the back of the park is a playground, sprinkler and benches. Front of the park has a fairy house, fountain and benches.

This lot does contain two items of CC from TSR. See creators notes before installing this park on a lot.

I own World Adventures, High End Loft, Ambitions, Fast Lane Stuff, Late Night, Generations, Town Life Stuff, Pets, Master Suite Stuff, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, 70's 80's and 90's stuff packs, Island Paradise, Into the future, several EA worlds, venues and EA store items.

Game is patched to 1.67

Lot tested in game

EA items used, Hidden Springs, Roaring Heights, Dragon Valley, The last Venue of Amore, Brunch At The Old Mill, Base Game, Ambitions, Late Night, Supernatural, Showtime, Seasons, Generations, Island Paradise, Into The Future., 70's, 80's 90's, Town Life, and Fast Lane Stuff Pack. Used moveobjects and buydebug cheats.

DOWNLOAD CC BEFORE placing Lot and do not remove butterfly dome, if you do you will not be able to place the dome back on the lot.
