It was built in Hugo's Mansion which you can download as an empty shell. It's located on the ground floor as shown on the last screenshot.

If you wish to place it in Hugo's Mansion, select the rooms where it's supposed to go and delete inside walls, doors and windows first, then place the room.

Except from My First Pet stuff, I have all expansion, game, stuff and kit packs installed on my computer.

In order to install this room:

1- download the room and the required CC
2- unzip files
3- copy all files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([...]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray)
4- put CC in the Mods folder

If you can't see the room in your library, please check the advanced options, and active "Include custom content".

Ahhh, so classically Philo with the soothing color scheme. I love those shimmery ibises in this room - I keep coming back to them. They pick up the wall color, the wood, and the pink in the accent pieces. It's such a tiny thing but POW! It all comes together perfectly. Thanks for sharing with us! \:wub\: Okay, y'all have fun working out, I'm just gonna let Mark finish my massa...zzzz.
