TIMBERTOP is a fully furnished and decorated timber residence, featuring mirrored timber floors and timber wall panelling throughout. Perfect for those with allergies. Timbertop has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, study, lavish kitchen with separate dining room. Outside is a children's play area with slide, swing and a bumble bee ride and plenty of sand for them to play in safely.
Outside has a gorgeous low maintenance garden surrounding the entire house. Paved pathways make walking a breeze. There is a spacious verandah around one side of the house and here you will find a small swimming pool and a barbeque area for entertaining or just relaxing. the property is fully fenced for safety.
First floor contains entry, lounge room with open fireplace, kitchen and a small bathroom. There is access to a small patio and also to the outside.
Second floor contains three bedrooms. One double with it's own bathroom, a double bunk single bedroom and a guest double bedroom. There is also another bathroom and a small home office. For those sunny days there is also a glass enclosed sun room for just sitting and chatting.
The third floor contains the master suite, comprising master bedroom, lavish bathroom and private dressing room.
Access to all floors is via circular stairs.

This house was made at 2250 Pinochle Drive and will sit on any flat 30 x 30 lot. My game is fully patched. I have all expansion packs and stuff packs installed up to University, but NOT including Katy Perry and diesel expansions. The TSR Rigfix patch has been run on my game and supporting CC folders. This is an original work, I build these free houses for use and enjoyment in YOUR game only, so, PLEASE, do not re-upload it anywhere, or use it as a template to build a lot for upload, or claim it as your own. Thank You. The house will take a few minutes to load due to the garden.
