Tidal Sands is the ultimate beachside residence, located as it is on The Sandy Beach in Sunlit Tides. If you do not have Sunlit Tides, then Tidal Sands will be comfortable on any flat 40x40 lot in any of the other neighbourhoods.


Tidal Sands stands 3storeys tall and has 3 bedrooms, plus nursery, and 5 bathrooms.

It is a rather unique construction, in that it appears to change colour depending on the surroundings - from the turquoise of the water to the pale browns of the sand - and in addition, the glass exterior surfaces are a bit misleading. The actual window in each group is the central portion not the whole of the unit. This allows excellent light entry, but keeps heat [and the occasional cold spell] from becoming too evident.

At entry level will be found a huge family kitchen/dining/sitting area, a separate TV lounge, office/design studio and main bathroom.

Up one floor to the bedroom suites - 2 doubles and a twin single all have own bathrooms - nursery and library with a children's reading corner.

On one wing of the top floor are to be found table games and exercise equipment; on the opposite wing are electronic games and an indoor version of the horseshoe toss game. A small unisex bathroom occupies one end of this space. The central portion of this level is occupied by an elevated dance floor and hot tub.

Outdoor entertaining is catered for by the built-in barbeque unit, meals seating and a group of lounge chairs. . .. . the children are not forgotten - playground equipment is also provided.

There is off-street standing for 6 vehicles, but no undercover garaging.
