This huge modern house is elegant and very comfy. It was created for a large family, but of course a single Sim can live there alone, and sleep each night in different bed, because the house contains it six.
The colors of the house are warm, bronze woods and deep blue and yellow accents.
Maxima contains everything (just everything) for comfortable living on high level: 5 TVs, stereos, 2 PC's, fire alarms, 2 fireplaces, chess, easel, tablet, plant pots, 2 pools, grill and bar.

The house is furnished, landscaped, tested and ready to play.
