Here comes a lovely summerhouse with a pool and BBQ. It has 2 big kids bedrooms. You can put 2 bed into each if you like. The parents has a master suite on the main floor. The girly bedroom is quite big and can house 2 kids, the same with the boyish bedroom. They also have a livingroom of their own and 2 bathroom to share. The livingroom is one of 3 livingrooms in this house. It has some kids toys and another TV.

The kitchen has the most important location in this house with a big island in the middle. The diningtable is outside by the bbq. The kitchen has been kitted with a TV to really give them the luxury feel in the morning.

The garden and pool has colorful flowers and greenery. It has a jump to the pool and the basement has windows inside the pool wall, but is not decorated. The house has a basement with a staircase, but I just made it for you to use if you want. It faces the pool and has windows into it. The pool area also has a bar outside the kitchen, and the diningtable sits by the bbq. The seating is by the bar outside the kitchen. That is the center room in the house with it’s big island and TV.

This house should be a very nice partyhouse and also work nicely as a familyhouse in warm weather.
