Created for: The Sims 3

Gingerbridge is the first installment of my attempt to convert the island in Riverview into a Sovereign state which I am calling PRINCE WILLOUGHBY ISLAND. When finished, in addition to Gingerbridge, the grounds will boast of the following: the main palace, a roman bath, a reflecting basin, formal lawns, a chapel, a memorial garden, a labyrinth garden, a trellis garden, a rose garden, and maybe some more things. We will see. The main palace will be the only residential lot on the island. It's taking me FOREVER to furnish and decorate the dang thing so I thought that I would begin uploading the other pieces that are finished. I may or may not come up with a colorful story and introduction about PWI, but if I do I'll probably wait until I feature the palace.

As far as placement of Gingerbridge, the only place it will go is on that long narrow park on the island in Riverview. Please note that some of the pics show parts of the other parcels next to this one and are not part of this offering...but stay tuned!
