Residential elite five-story complex. Your Sims will live on the fifth floor.
The complex has 2 swimming pools. 1 - public, 2 - fenced with a fence - your personal. There is a common sports ground and a sandbox for children.
On the first floor of the complex there is a hall, there is a mailbox and an elevator. Also on the ground floor there is a common hall, where there are several sports simulators, they are common. There is also a toilet, a bar counter, table football for all tenants.
Apartment - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room, 2 balconies, one of the balconies has a jacuzzi.
The third isolated room is not furnished. On the territory of the residential complex there is a place for gardening.

Entrance to the complex is one - common for all tenants.
