Town house for a big family. Six sims can live here. Flat includes on lower floor: hall, kitchen, dining, living, full bath and master bedroom. On upper floor: sitting room, study, teen bedroom (with double bed), child bedroom (with two single beds) + nursery and full bathroom. Upper floor is under roof and has sloped ceilings. This lot was a challenge for me till I found the way to make under roof space function as normal room with markers and lamps. Hope, you'll like the result =)

Landscaped flat lot contains 4-story brick apartments house. Playable flat with 3br, 2ba is on two upper floors. Parking and playground outside. Public laundry and entertainment room in basement. Cars not included.

Be attentive: this lot has large number of cc, so it can cause lags on slow machines.

I have all EPs and SPs up to Paradise Islands, except Katy Perry and Diesel.

Perhaps used some items from Riverview, Barnacle Bay, Monte Vista or Hidden Springs.

Cheats used: moveobjects, buydebug, cfe.

To change lot use rbbb cheat.
