For some reason a few of the base game lights on the front fence disappear after saves. If you notice it (or even care), the best fix is to copy one of the remaining ones with the eyedropper (in build mode) and replace them manually (see 1st screenshot for placement).

This is a beautiful house!!! But there is a huge problem with spawners and they are impossible to delete (even with moveobjects on cheat) and I was forced to delete the house & lot from my game. :-(
