This cottage located at the only beach at Appaloosa Plains, next to 1944 Beach Boulevard (Adventure Landing Beach).
A two story building with walkout basement and large backyard for outdoor living and gatherings.

I'm not sure if It will not look exactly the same with some EPs or SPs missing but you may furnish it again with your way. The most important thing is you've got the "Pet" and you can place this lot in Appaloosa Plains where I indicated the position in the preview pics. Feel free to ask if you still have question! Sorry to sound really stupid (AGAIN!) but how do you place this lot? If i place it with only Late Night, Pets and High End Loft Stuff, will the house look the same?

Thank you please reply ASAP as I am buying these on Wednesday and I really need a nice house

Reply to kelly324: If you don't have those EPs or Sps the items I used will be missing and will not replaced. Due to the uneven terrace edge best to place this lot as I suggested otherwise the lot will be sunken into the ground.

This is probably a really stupid question, but if I was to use this in my world, would i need all the expansion packs, or will the things be replaced? It's just that I only have the Pets EP, and I love this house.
