Hmm, is your game fully patched? I created this necklace with fully patched game. I noticed that sometimes I don't see items created with the newer version of the game if my game isn't fully patched yet. This is the only reason that comes to my mind since all items on TSR are tested by submission team, therefore, they check them in the game too.
