New Theme: Witching Hour
Shell out! Shell out! This witch is out! :DI *LOVE* Hallowe'en!
Summer is now past and it's time to change my mini site theme so if the burn-your-eyes-out orange was getting on your nerves, you're in luck! For the month of October you'll enjoy dull grey and a host of spooks and ghouls, such as my little white tiger me, complete with fangs and furry little ears - aren't I cute? :P
As you can see, I had oodles of fun making the new theme and likewise have a wide selection of Hallowe'en Sims goodies to share with you all, starting with my new feline eye sets being released shortly. Later on this month you'll find a new selection of Wiccan jewellery to outfit your Sims with, at least one new cemetery and what can only be described as possibly one of the most original business retail lots you may well find but I'm keeping that one under wraps for a fun surprise. :)
Feline Eye Sets
I may have seemed quiet lately but that assumption couldn't be further from the truth. In fact, I've been busily working on a number of projects behind the lines but more on those details at a later date when they're closer to fruitition. Now, the real reason for this post. I sat down today and created brand spankin' new feline eyes. :) In fact, you will have not just one set to choose from but a whopping three - regular feline eyes, default replacement feline eyes and finally feline contact lenses! In fact, you need not limit yourself to using these eyes just for cat Sims - they work well for all sorts of anthropomorphic (animal) Sims so get creative and test them out.
As you can see, the sets come in 5 colours, including yellow, green, blue, orange and brown. I've even set these up to have dominance/resessiveness properties that reflect the most common occurances of eye colour in cats, so yellow and green are dominant while blue, orange and brown are resessive and you should see this reflected for the most part in your games. :)
I expect these sets will release either this coming Saturday or Sunday, just in time for October and Hallowe'en, my favourite celebration!
Metropolitan Bedroom
Better late than never, the Metropolitan makes its debut after the Posh theme week closes out. Nevertheless, if you've been enjoying outfitting your Sims with high class furnishing then you're sure to want this set.Truth be told, I've had the texture I used for the bed linens in this set for ages and kept trying to nag myself to make something of it but never found just the right bedroom set to do so. After spying a request in the Objects forum for a black version of the GLS luxury bedroom, I realized that this was the bedroom set I'd been holding out for to use this texture. :)
All main furniture objects require the Glamour Life Stuff Pack and you will need the current version of CEP updated to support GLS to enable the recolours for the table lamp and painting. The wonderful curtains are from MangoSims and I've been dying to recolour these for ages as well. Lastly, if you fell in love with that gorgeous black shag rug, you can snag it from Simaddict99's minisite and I also recommend Windkeeper's spacesaver dresser shelf (FFS Dragon's Horde version) so you can set objects on the dresser at the appropriate height.
Back in the Saddle
Hello, folks - I'm back and ready to go again!A big thank you to everyone for your understanding and support while I was away. I'm looking forward to jumping back into TSR life again and while there will be a short period of my playing catch-up, you can expect more coming from me in the very near future. I'll be off later today to pick up my copy of Glamour Life, then I'll finally be able to post some recolours of Windkeeper's wonderful clock meshes for your enjoyment. And finally, I have a couple of grand staircase recolours planned, which I should hopefully be able to squeak into this week's Posh Sims theme. I'll keep you posted.
Emergency Sabbatical
I'm a bit late in writing this but I did not get the time to do so earlier. My grandfather sadly passed away last Thursday, August 24, 2006, ironically on his 56th wedding anniversary with my grandmother. I immediately jumped on the earliest flight overseas back to my family here in Canada for the funeral, which is thankfully now over (it was very nicely done). I'll not be returning home to Sweden for just over another week so that I can spend some quality time with my family but I felt I should inform those of you here on TSR of my status so you do not think I've suddenly gone AWOL. However, you can expect several new submissions from me when I return around mid-Sept., including some great recolours (if I do say so myself) of Windkeeper's fabulous animated kitchen clocks and many other new mesh ideas I've been collecting as I while away the many hours spent driving back and forth through our Canadian cottage countryside. :)House Number Superset
I've made my first superset. :) With over 100+ files, the house number series is definitely deserving of this bundling. If you've been interested in this collection but hestitant to download it, hopefully the superset feature will make things easier on you as far as ensuring you have all the bits and pieces - I still can't help you unzip the mountain of files, though!House Number Collection
Haven't you always wanted house numbers for your Sims' houses? Haven't you always wondered why such a simple concept is grossly lacking among custom content? Me too, so I made a set. :)Just in time for TSR's Go For Broke theme week, I'm sending your way this handy little set. At only §5 a piece, even your poorest Sims should be able to afford to number their new, overly priced home.
The set consists of 3 new meshes - left, center and right, which you can mix n'match to create any single, double or triple digit number and better yet, all can be placed without the need for any cheat codes! Plus, you can still place wall lights or any other wall-mounted item along with the numbers.
This base set is made from black iron. Additional recolours in white, brass and weathered copper will follow. Expected release is approx. Wed. Aug. 16'06, or perhaps Thurs.

Patrician Pedestal Collection
I've had a few people asking me whether I will be submitting my new mesh creation - the Patrician pedestal - and the answer is most certainly yes! In fact, you will find this lovely little end table will also be available in 5 additional marble recolours, including grey, black, brown, navy and green. I've just submitted them today so hopefully your wait will not be too long; expect them around Wednesday, August 9'06.
First New MESH!
I said when I started my summer vacation I would finally try my hand at meshing. Well, that was in June and here we are in August already with nothing to show for it - until today. Fest your eyes on my long-awaited new creation - a marble pedestal end table for displaying your fancy sculptures, plants or even the phone. :P
So far I have 5 additional colours and the beta testing I've completed myself is showing no problems, although I might see if a few friends might test it out just to be sure before I release it upon poor, unsuspecting players. :D
