This is the TS4 replica of the Spencer Mansion where the original very first version (not remake) of the Capcom's famous video game Resident Evil series take place.
The original story of this mansion is shortly as follows;
The Spencer Mansion, part of the Spencer family's real estate, was a manor built in the Arklay Mountains by architect George Trevor for the aristocrat Oswell E. Spencer. After finishing its construction, George and his family were invited there.
During the t-Virus outbreak events around Raccoon City, the Special Tactics and Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.) stumbled upon the mansion; which was now overrun with zombies and "monsters". It was later destroyed after the incident.

The only custom content I used in this lot is - Veranka's ivy set - that is converted to TS4 from TS3 store. I recommend you to download this since it is a really nice piece of CC which can be used often when building different types of houses in your game.

But if you don't use CC or don't want the ivy set, you can still download this lot. It will work without any problem, you just won't have the ivy on the upstairs balcony and in the downstairs indoor garden, when you place the lot and that's all.
