Hi Wannaretire! (Hey! Me too! $\:D$ ) First, let me say a HUGE thank you for the sweet compliments you left on the Landeir Estate and Tri Annyas Frat House lots! I am always thrilled to learn someone likes something I built. $\:wub\:$ Second, to charter a frat house (or sorority) you need to be in the Uni hood and have at least 4 sims living in the house...it would be considered a "family" to the game. You can see examples in the pre-made maxis family screens of groups of students who can share a home. Once they are moved in, you send one of them to phone where the choice to "Charter a..." should be available. Just follow the instructions and you should be all set. $\:\)$ Thank you again for the lovely comment, and I hope I helped you be able to set up your own frats and sorority homes! Hi wannaretire, Thanks so much for your comment on the tin tiles. If you have Apartment Life you can use them as ceilings. I believe there is a hack to also make them ceiling tiles. Have fun decorating! $\:\)$ judi

Hi my friend! Thank you for your wonderful comments on the PB Nurcerysets! $\:wub\:$ I have changed the Canopy because there was missing the horizontal bars. Big Hug Renate
