Hi. Thanks for commenting on my house, The Craig. I'm glad you like it! It is underwater because you must have placed it on ground that is too low - the water you see is the neighbourhood's water level which has flooded the lot because it's too low. To fix it, all you need to do is move the lot to higher ground. $\:\)$
