Hi ranandydom. It is very likely that you couldn't see the body hair creations in your game because you need to either buy 'The Sims 3 Generations' expansion pack or install a patch that allows you to have body hair in your game without buying 'Generations'. I will give you the link to get the patch to have body hair in your game without 'Generations' however, it is important that you know before you install it that EA pulled the patch from the official site because it was reported to have bugs.
