Hi Thank you very much! $\:\)$ To get the CEP recolors working, go here: http://www.thesimsresource.com/article/help/Using_CEP Download the files on that page, unzip them and then you doubleclick on the "ColourOptionsSetup.exe" and it's done. ColourOptionsSetup.exe installs a file in your download folder that will make the previuos single colored objects in the game to have color option. $\:\)$

I'm very proud of you! Congradulations. Walls and floors seem to be going up pretty fast--within a few days. If you uploaded yours with a lot of other people, it'll take a little longer. Maybe a week. It usually takes a few days to get approved--but once they're approved, they go up pretty fast. I am really looking forward to seeing your new creations! $\:rah\:$ Echo66

LOL. I'm not fed up with you at all! I know how frustrating all of this stuff is. It said it's not a sim2pack? Hmmm. When I was in "homcrafter" I had to click on "package file" and one choice is usually "package to sims 2 site" and the other says "package to file." I hit the second one and it showed up on my desk top screen with a little icon that said "sims2pack". I love all the new walls! Aren't they great? I'm going to go redecorate my whole sim neighborhood with new walls and floors! I hope you figure out your sims2pack problem. I want to see your new wall! It sounds like photoshop switched the name on you when you weren't looking. For instance--if the original file was "greeneyeslash.bmp" sometimes when you save it photoshop adds in "greeneyeslashcopy.bmp". I'm always really careful to make sure that the name of the file is exactly what it was when I started coloring the eyes. To double check, maybe go into bodyshop and open up another pair of eyes as if you were going to color them. Then write down what the official name is on the "texture" file. Then maybe compare that to the title of your current eyes that it says you renamed and see if there are any differences? That original package file is the important one. Hope that helps! Don't give up--keep trying. It takes a lot of practice to learn how to do this stuff--at first. Then it gets much easier! $\:rah\:$

Once your eyes are showing up in body shop (after you import them back into the game) what I do is go into the sims game and make a new sim to "model" my new eyes. Get close to his or her face. There is a button on your computer called "print screen". Hit it once. Then hit "alt tab" and that will pause sims and put you back to your computer. Open photoshop. Hit "alt N" for make a new picture. title it. (greeneyes or whatever) then hit "alt V" for paste. Your sim picture should pop up in the window. Save it as a JPG file. Now you have your preview picture of your new eyes! Good luck! Echo66

Hey, again! This is what I did: first I learned to make eyes. The eyes are the easiest thing to do in body shop. That way I learned to recognize what computer file was what. "Texture bmp map" alters the color of a thing. The "alpha" map is where you can change the shape of something by coloring parts black to "cut it". Then I learned to do clothing--the next hardest but still only three files. Then I learned Hair--which is the absolute hardest because some sim hair has between three and eighteen hair files to alter--just for one style! Photoshop is the best for altering files, so you're lucky. The trick to it is that when you save it, always make sure it is saved EXACTLY like it was when you opened it. Photoshop changes the title, sometimes, to "PSD" and body shop won't recognize that. It has to absolutely say "blah, blah, blah--bmp map. No spaces in it. No word "copy" added in. Then it will show up. When you start being able to master changing color on stuff--that's when you can start taking actual photos of things--textures--like a photo of a real shirt cut out of a magazine or a photo of real hair--and then "pasting" them over the "texture bmp map" to get them to look really real. But trust me--it mostly just takes a lot of freakin' patience and practice. But anyone can do it if they try! Hope that helped you at least a little! Bests-- Elisa---Echo66
