Requires the Sims 4 to use. I have the Sims 4 Limited edition. There is NO CC purely created from empty lot with all objects from the game. The preview is in live mode. That is exactly how the Vet looks in the game. Pre Tested by Me, Works fine. The lot is 40 x 30.
