Except from My First Pet stuff and Throwback Fit Kit, I have all kit, expansion and stuff packs installed on my computer.

9 Packs used in this creation: Island Living, Discover University, Dream Home Docorator, Parenthood, Get Famous, Eco Lifestyle, Dine Out, Spa Day and Cool Kitchen.

If you wish to place it in Hugo's Mansion, select the place where it's supposed to go and delete doors and windows first, then place the room.

In order to install this room:

1- download the room and the required CC
2- unzip files
3- copy room files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([...]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray)
4- put CC in the Mods folder

If you can't see the room in your library, please check the advanced options, and active "Include custom content".

I may be wrong here but in your description you say 1st floor. it fits perfectly on second floor, especially since baby/toddler room is in right corner of photo.
