This quaint cottage you've recently inherited from your deceased grandmother was once your childhood Haven. You can still smell the fresh cookies and hear the ghosts from the basement that you were convinced was haunted!

This small fully furnished and decorated cottage is the definition of cozy! With 2 bedrooms (a double and a single bedroom) you'll have room for a new couple perhaps looking at starting their own family. Or you if you're the working type then easily convert the single bedroom into a spacious office. The bathroom is great for everyone as it is fitted with a sturdy toilet and sink as well as a bath/shower for whatever you feel like. The open kitchen and living room plan makes the whole house seem bigger with the counter-tops doubling as a breakfast bar. There's also a snug sofa corner for those TV dinner (or takeout pizza!) evenings.

From the living room area there is access to a sweet little patio, perfect for those summer BBQs. There's also a fenced vegetable patch which is simply perfect for those green-thumb sims!
