It still doesn't work...I have all the required items downloaded and the only thing i can't place is the ottoman

Please be sure your game is patched and up to date and both required mesh sets are downloaded - not just one. I do not see any updates on the original mesh and it still works within my game so I'm unsure beyond game update what the situation may be.

Hey, this is broken. I downloaded all of the original mesh, but a lot of the items don't work still.

I'm sorry that there's been a misunderstanding with how the recolor works, but I can assure it's not garbage and does not need updated. What is needed is the original mesh downloaded. I have linked and stated in the creator notes that an original mesh is required and linked it. Once you download that and put it in your mods folder my recolor will have a foot print to sit on. The original mesh is the foot print and is created by another users. Their terms of use require those who do recolors and retextures not to provide the mesh but have users download it directly from them. That's how the recolor use process works and all of my recolor sets will not be usable without downloading that and I guess they will be garbage at that point?
