Created for: The Sims 3
Inspired by social reformer Orson Squire Fowler, many octagonal houses were built in the mid-1800's in North America. Captain George Anderson built this unusual house in Sackville, New Brunswick and it is now part of the Boultenhouse Heritage Center. This lot is based on Anderson's design. The main floor features a large parlour and dining room with bar and buffet: perfect for parties. The walkout basement houses a Kitchen/Great Room and laundry with space for hobbies or storage. The 2nd floor has a large bedrm and bath and the top floor cupola has a 360 degree view. Grandly landscaped grounds include twin fountains, putting green and horseshoe pitch, and a large patio with hot tub. This house would be great for that eccentric, party-loving Sim. Part of my Historic Canada Series. Re-issued here with only free TSRAA content.
