This nicely sized, contemporary family home breathes "buy me!" Including beautiful landscaping, porches, and design along with some perks that shed an aura of high society. Accommodated with four bedrooms and three and one-half baths, all nicely sized and decorated while still having a personal feel. Although many features are common to commercial sim homes, The Henly includes a Japanese Winter Garden, with a more, American twist. Not only will this home welcome all with a two-story foyer, the grand staircase leads them every step of the way. Just to the right of the staircase is a formal dining room with an inviting fireplace to have family dinners by. Not far off is the large traditional kitchen; although in this kitchen a modern twist is added by incorporating stainless steel appliances and a center island to balance the size of the room. Taking a different direction from the foyer is the great room which includes the perk of a large t.v. and a stereo system. Also in the living room is a small study with built in shelves. Off of the kitchen is the rather large mud room that includes a powder room and the stairs to the basement. Down those stairs is a large open recreation room that includes a plasma t.v. and a foosball table along with other amenities. The forth bedroom, which is used as a guest suite, is incorporated off of the recreation room, along with a large private bathroom including a separate bath and shower along with decent counter space and a private toilet area. Also off of the recreation room is the winter garden along with the small snack kitchen. Back to the first floor and up the grand staircase are the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has a large and airy feel with the light blue walls and rather open floor plan. Off of the master bedroom, the master bath accommodates a large counter area, double sinks, a private toilet area, and separate bath and shower. In the third bedroom a girly feel is portrayed with the swirled theme wall and the rest of the walls a lilac hue. Furnished, it has more of a modern touch then the rest of the home. The fourth bedroom is also a girly room with hearts and a butterfly art piece. It is furnished to a cutesy toddler look. In the third full bathroom, there is also a separate bath and shower along with decent counter space and another private toilet area. Back down the grand staircase and out the kitchen door is the covered deck with stainless steel grill. In the backyard, a large pool and a fire-pit are nicely placed to achieve a more balanced look. Back through the kitchen, past the mud-room and out the garage door is a rather large garage that could accommodate up to three vehicles [with moveobjects on].

The Henly truly is the perfect home for a sim family. :)
