Recurve Beach House is of course built specifically for Recurve Strand in Sunset Valley. You will need your game patched to at least 1.24 or it will not work. The original lot is a community lot so first change it to residential by selecting the lot and click the first icon along the bottom. Recurve Strand for some reason is not actually empty so select the lot and build mode then remove all the trees and bushes from the back of the lot (don't use bulldozer as that will completely remove the whole lot).
Recurve Beach House should now place without any problems. Please PM me if you have any further problems.

I attempt to put the house down on the specified lot but it doesn't show up. I can turn it but when i click accept it says nothing is built there. It downloaded just fine in the loader and it lets me place it but is is delted when I put it down. Someone please help!
