Hello, those stickers do not exist, they are decoration that comes on the door of the wardrobe.

Hello and welcome to TSR Francesca!
That platform we made first, before build the walls or the game does not allow it. So, after that, we built the walls, making the platform be on the middle of the room because game does not allow build walls nearby the platform inside home. On the back of the bed there are plants and decor fences to looks like the bed is near the window, although it is not. Hope it is clear for you to understand Happy simming!
