Hi Diva and welcome to TSR! Thanks so much for your kind comments on my lots...really appreciate it!!!! I wish I could help with the problem your having, but I'm not really sure. The one thing I can think of is that you likely need to make sure your game is up to date (you do this through the launcher). Hope this helps Take care!
