my country is called the philippines (a country home to the most corrupt and money-hungry politicians in the world and of the most optimistic and headstrong ordinary citizens),that event was featured in yahoo i think. it's not that scary, i thought what happened was like a joke. a senator/soldier with his men sieged the hotel then when tanks were rammed in they quickly surrendered. i thought that the media men and journalists crossed the line just to get their footages that's why they got trapped in the hotel. That event happened last year i think...here's the link to a footage. I love watching how the tank rams in the hotel. My country isnt that scary, we've dealt with coupes in a peaceful way before. It's called EDSA revolution, twice people gathered in EDSA street to protest and offer prayers to call for the stepdown of a president. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DY_vo6ZVznA Anyway what's the latest there? here, people are still enjoying the results of the Pacquiao-De la HOya boxing match. IT means a lot to us that a Filipino took down a Mexican Boxing legend. It'll be my company's chritmas pary later, we have to be in costume sso i'll be doing my best Jane Austen impression. thanks for your comment in my guestbook! $\:wub\:$ I totally agree with the blonde hair colors, I don't like when they're too yellow either, not in real life or on my sims $\:P$ I still think I have some more experimenting to do with my colors until I'm 100% happy, but I think I'm getting close to a style that I like $\:\)$

yes what happened in india was shocking. no big terrorists threats here so far,but there are several coupes here but it was dealt in a peaceful way or resolved in a swift manner. My favorite coupe moment was the latest when a group of soldiers held a 5-star hotel hostage to call out for our president's resignation(there were some foreigners and mediamen trapped inside). The rebel soldiers were armed with high calibre guns but the president's army resolved it with tear gas (forcing most foreigners and media outof the hotel) and guess what a tank! It's not a high tech tank but can you imagine a large tank ramming in the hotel's entrance then roaming around the lobby? the rebel soldiers quickly surrendered after the 2 tanks managed to enter the hotel! I'm sick of our president myself (she's 4'11 inches of pure cunning&greed), she's smart and so far has managed to dodge most impeachment cases and people are tired of EDSA revolutions to get rid of her. (my head spinning since i'm in a country full of corrupt officials) $\:\($ $\:o$ anyway what's the latest there and what have you been up to lately?
