Here is a big contempory house for large family or one sim who have a taste of luxury...

Groundfloor: Garage, lobby, laundry, kitchen, diningroom in veranda, livingroom, bathroom, wc, bedroom.
Firstfloor: 3 bedrooms, mezzanine, bathroom, wc, study (or other bedroom)
Secondfloor: Attic (you can find it difficult to play in the attic because the roof does not disappear completely, do not make it an important piece)
Outdoor: BBC, swimmingpool

PS: Oups...i forgot the door between the lobby and garage, but i think you corrected it.
