Hiya thanks for your lovely comments on my Batman Walls, glad you liked them and thanks for downloading them, I just had a look at your first recolour, you've done a great job, I've added it to my downloads basket $\:D$ your so brave recolouring furniture, I haven't built up enough courage to try my hand at that yet, the whole texture thing kinda freaks me out, I don't think I'd be able to pull it off, mind you I'll have to give it a go and see how I get on. $\;\)$ Anyways have fun $\:\)$ Sally $\:P$

Sounds great! I must admit I started making a list like that too at one stage - I cheat now by saving a copy of the description to my saved files! A property Mattrix would actually be a very good idea. I might actually make one myself for all my lots (commercial & housing) it'll keep my mind working & it'll help identify where I have gaps. I have so many notes it'd be a good way to match needs with what I build. Good thinking! Hey, you haven't been over to the forums at Simtation Estates! Well, what are you waiting for? Thank you for the kind comment on my recolors of Shoukeir's "Six" livingroom. I just love those meshes and there made be more recolors yet to come, I'm not sure. By the way, nice job on your first recolored item! I look forward to seeing what else you come up with. I must warn you though, it is so addictive!!!!! Hi again WordCobbler, I want to thank you for leaving me a comment on the Well Rounded wall mask set. I appreciate it and glad you liked them.
